How to Log In to Your DigiCOOP Account

Log In via Password

1. Open the DigiCOOP Mobile App.
2. Enter your registered mobile number and password.
3. Tap the “Login” button.

Log In via MPIN

1. Open the DigiCOOP Mobile App.
2. Enter your 6-digit MPIN.
3. You’ll be automatically redirected to your DigiCOOP homepage

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the login page, tap “Forgot Password”.
2. Enter your registered DigiCOOP mobile number, then tap “Proceed”.
3. Check your SMS for a One-Time Passcode (OTP). It expires after 5 minutes.
4. Enter the OTP and tap “Submit”.
5. Provide your birth date and registered email address, then tap “Proceed”.
6. Create a new password and confirm it by entering it again. Tap “Proceed”.
7. You may now log in using your new password.
