What is DigiCOOP?

DigiCOOP is a digital platform and mobile app that our Cooperative uses to provide you with secure and convenient digital financial services. It is designed specifically for cooperatives in the Philippines to help us modernize and serve you better.

Why is our Cooperative using DigiCOOP?

We are adopting DigiCOOP to provide you with more convenience. It allows you to access your accounts, apply for loans, make payments, and handle other transactions with us anytime, anywhere, directly from your phone.

Is DigiCOOP a bank?

No. DigiCOOP is a technology platform that enhances the services of our existing Cooperative. All your deposits and transactions are still handled and backed by our registered Cooperative.

How do I start using DigiCOOP?

You will need to download the DigiCOOP Mobile App from the Google Play Store (for Android devices), Huawei App Gallery (for Huawei), or the App Store (for iOS devices). After downloading, you will go through a simple registration process that will securely link your Cooperative membership account to the app. You can check the step-by-step process for signing up through the digiCOOP mobile app here.

What transactions can I do on the DigiCOOP App?

You can perform a variety of transactions, including:

    • Accessing your Savings and Loan balances.
    • Applying for new loans.
    • Paying bills and buying a load.
    • Sending and receiving money.
    • Transferring funds to other banks or e-wallets via QRPh.
